The CellScape’s cyclic immunofluorescence workflow begins with a background scan, followed by fully automated staining, washing, and imaging. The cycle ends with gentle but highly effective signal removal using Bruker’s photobleaching-enhancing technology, Epic IFTM, which is compatible with rhodamine, cyanine, and BODIPY family dyes.
